The interview process consisted of a HR representative calling and scheduling an interview with the small software team. The interview was a video call with the 4 people on the team. Only two individuals on the team spoke and the other two more or less provided no context potentially doing something else during the time. The technical portion of the interview was not prepared and the interviewer had a hard time articulating what they wanted to ask. The team should consider what they are really in need of before starting to interview and some leadership would be beneficial.
