Very friendly. Applied online. No questions, just a cover letter and a resume submission required. I was emailed by the President of the World Service Authority about two weeks later informing me that I got an interview. The interview was over Skype. It lasted an hour. First half was describing what the organisation does and what interns do. Then there was a Q & A. There was some questions about my interest and previous experience as well as studies at college. It was very friendly. I was informed a day later that I got the internship.

Very standard interview - mostly an explanation of what the role entails and a few easy questions on why you are interested in interning. Very easy and comfortable to do. Know why your values are aligned with the mission of the org.
