The interview process has three steps and I was interviewed by two different employees. The first interview was quick and took about 15-20 minutes and the second interview was about an hour. The first interview seemed to be to make sure that the compensation and hours would work for me and the second interview was more in depth.

long and small questions , days of review , being a part of group meetings and exercising with the rest of the team . meeting staff , taking notes , learning and seeing how much you can grasp and remember

Entire company is a scam. Its nothing but door to door sales. No base pay, and 50 hour work weeks. They are very deceitful in the hiring process until the second interview. Lots of different job titles advertised, but its all the same once you get there.
