A combination of online assessment(s), written test and an interview. The panel is often comprised of functional experts, hiring manager, human resources and a workplace culture / D&I representative. The interview takes 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on role.

Following the application process, I was invited to a written assessment. Then there was an HR screening call (I was an internal candidate). Following those steps, I had a formal panel interview with HR, the hiring manager, and another technical expert.
