It was a competency based interview that was consisted of 6-7 just situational questions . I feel this is not a fair interview type to depend on especially for people with short memory who are required to recall situations on spot. I haven’t also hear from them with the interview results. Note: I applied for the job in jan, got the test in march, and got the interview in may!!

The process includes Written Exam and interview Written exam covered couple job spesific technical questions and two budget related questions. Three hour exam but it can be finished earlier. Not very detailed but very technical questions

Entrevista
The interview would be in a relaxed atmosphere, either physically or virtually since COVID-19. Questions are basically competency-based with or without technical-level questions. The panel comprises of a HR, Hiring Manager, and another panel member. It is usually a minimum of three panel members, it could however be more than three sometimes.
