The interviewer was very professional and respectful. Questions around personality type, character strengths, mindset and attitude. Work and life experience seemed to be a factor and lack of higher education was not a deal breaker, but continuing education and career development is expected.

There is no interview to speak of. You have to go to one of those typical insurance agency pep rallies. Once you cut through that dumb BS, they give you a presentation that paints this beautiful picture about how your going to make a million dollars and have a whole bunch of other agents working for you in no time if you work hard enough. Once that presentation is over, it's back to more pep rally BS, then they sit you in a room with all the other people they hope to convert into agents and gt you all inspired to give them $100 bucks so that you can become an official WFG agent. This whole process is just horrible and kind of typical of what you can expect to have happen at most large insurance agencies such as this one. They are all horrible, so I don't want this one to sound like it's any worse than the others.
