The process included Several interviews. Two interviews via skype with Human resources and the hiring manager. Then several other during face to face interviews at their office with HR, Hiring manager and team members. There was also personality tests. Interview questions were behavioral interview types on examples of situations faced in the past.

Entrevista
Applied online; was contacted and had a skype interview with the prospective supervisor and prospective colleague. Had standard questions about why you have applied, what do you want from the job, how would you feel about doing simple administrative tasks despite the senior manager's position (which set an alarm for me). My inquiries about a detailed delegation of authorities and work breakdown in the cluster remained unanswered, as well as further career prospects.
Two weeks later had another skype interview with the HR person.
Overall, a very mixed impression of a good concept behind the personal selection and huge lack of clarity and transparency about the position, internal organigram and other regular job-related questions from my part.

Had two sets of skype interviews. Both competency-based + standard questions on why you have applied.
No negotiation regarding salary is possible (irrespective of experience and qualifications).
EQ tests were organized before personal interviews.
Personal interviews did not take place (I could not fly in to Geneva on the specified day, because of severe weather conditions my flight was cancelled). Expenses for visa issuance and ticket was never reimbursed, although promised. The HR person fed me in with promises to reschedule and this never happened. When I already accepted another offer and contacted the HR 2 months later she told me they had made an offer to another candidate and could not give any clear reason on why they have not notified me.
Overall, the experience was not positive mainly because of the nontransparent processes.

Entrevista
Good interview overall. Manager was honest and direct, mentioned that the work would be a more glorified secretarial work than thought leadership.
Once all the questions were asked I was informed about the salary expectations and also if I was interested in the job offer.
The job was offered within 5 days after my application and I accepted it.
