Phone interview with HR manager. He could not answer simple questions about the company's AUM or business strategy. Next came their online evaluation - sort of like the ACT or SAT with a section about Excel. This step collectively took about 45 min. The Excel section is really simple, asking things like how to copy/paste something. In the ACT/SAT portion, the test limits your time (the HR manager stated this) to force you to work through problems really quickly.

General behavioral questions. I think they asked about greatest weakness and your biggest regret or worst decision. Not a single technical question about anything finance or investment related. From a process standpoint, I thought that the communication was a little unprofessional as they stated they'd follow up with next steps.

Entrevista
Went through a routine introductory interview going over previous experience. Was selected for a 2nd interview but the person with whom I was supposed to speak failed to set-up a time for the interview.
