Quite smooth, people are smiling and easy going, they dont make pressure, not difficult questions. My hiring process was more on the informal side since it was just for a STC contract. I had a phone interview and 3 in-person interviews. During the phone interview, it seemed like they were just trying to weed people out to see if it would be a good fit, etc.
