Aplication online. I was emailed for setting up an interview 4 months later after. Interviewed by a panel of 5 people. Questions were very general; panel did not look interested/engaged. The whole process seemed a exercised that needed to be completed only. No feedback provided even after sending email requiring feedback. Just guessed that 2 months after interview and no feedback must mean no interest at all in the candidate.
