the process really good, casual but serious. The interviewer really friendly by then we can sense that the culture or environment of the company is friendly, open, and serious. The process didn't take too long, easy to communicate with the HR, all the information that provided really complete

My overall impression was really good. For a startup company, Workmate's entire recruitment process was done in a very professional way, like the big corporations.

The questions were mostly related to my past professional experiences, questions to assess how well I know about myself, and there were some questions to test my critical and analytical skills.
