Multiple phone conversations with hiring manager to ceo. Travel to home office in Iowa for on site interview with director of sales. Offer was extended shortly after the on site. Negotiation was relatively simple take.higher base less options, lower base more options.

3-4 step process , do your homework, know the company and what problems it solves. Be prepared to present these points in a panel presentation. Interview process was very comfortable but demanding. They want the best of the best but those who have empathy and care about customers first and the can add to the great culture.

Interview process was very streamlined. Started with a Workiva recruiter, who then set up 3 additional interview sessions. Once the sessions were completed and offer was made. The whole interview process took about 3 weeks.
