Applied via their online portal (workiva.com/careers). Initial contact was via email to set up phone interview with a talent acquisition specialist out of their Boseman, MT office. Phone interview with recuiter. Phone interview with direct Senior Project Manager. On-site interview with two senior project managers, then a Google Hangout interview with same direct senior project manager, then tour of their beautiful Ames facility. All this happened in a week, was told I would hear something in the next business week. Three weeks later after no contact received an email notice I was not selected.

Months long interview process with slow follow up. The direct team asked meaningful questions and I would have enjoyed working with them. A senior leader conducted the final interview. No questions were asked and the interviewer mostly talked about themself.
