There was an initial phone screen with the HR recruiter, and another phone interview with the Hiring Manager. A few days later, I was contacted to set up an on site interview. There were 5 in-person interviews, so a little long, but great insight into the department and the duties of the role. My HR recruiter went on vacation in the middle of the process, but she handed things off very smoothly to a co-worker and even kept in touch while she was out.

Initial HR contact was quick, straightforward, and helpful. Meeting some of management was cordial, and very instructive. Impression was a good team. After meeting the CMO, elected not to continue pursuing job.
