I sent in a cover letter and resume and they got back to me after a few weeks with an interview request. I spoke to the CEO and she took at look at my resume. And asked some questions to make sure I had a basic fit and interest in the field. It was entry level and they were going to train so it wasn't a challenging interview. I think the main qualification was my education.
