It was a great interview process where the company made you feel extremely welcome and ensured extreme transparency with everything. However, in the technical portion they grade you on your ability to ask for help when you are stuck, thus if you do not know the answer they will be more likely to give you an offer if you can get the answer. It can be argued this is unfair since if you are very familiar with how to code and you are simply coding as you would, you won't be rewarded for what you know.
