Everything was pretty normal and standard up until the actual interview itself. The interview was really off putting and didn't make Workday seem as attractive as it was. I wasn't asked anything about myself or my background, it was straight into "Can you do X" "Can you do Y" "Can you do Z" and then finally finished with a why workday? The rejection email said I would have been a great fit for Workday culturally but that I didnt have enough experience in some of the different areas - honestly, I felt like a dodged an absolute bullet.
