A recruiter reached out to me about the role. I had a phone conversation with the recruiter about my background, my resume and so on. The recruiter organised a video interview with two members of the team. I was surprised at how rude and disinterested the interviewing team was. They barely made eye contact with me, they were checking their phones throughout the video interview. The nature in which they were asking questions was so intense that I felt like I was being interrogated by them and their demeanour to my answers came across as extremely dismissive. I received a generic email a couple of days later saying I didn't get the position, no feedback. This was an extremely negative process from beginning to end.

The staff did not seem prepared. Lots of time waiting between interviews. Not sure if it was just an "off" day, but it didn't leave a great feeling. I waited 30 minutes in the lobby past the scheduled interview start time.
