Simply handed a CV in at the Career Zoo event in 2013. A few weeks later received an email to arrange a phone call. Had two phone interviews, lasting 30mins and 45mins. Discussed at length an assignment I had just completed in college. Wanted to hear that I was either able, or able to learn about - Java, testing, Linux terminal, SQL, Object Oriented programming.
