After initial screening call, 4 interviews on the same day. Despite reaching out, I've heard nothing for a few months. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional to not have the courtesy of a response. This is compounded by seeing the role readvertised a few days ago. Considering the amount of work that went into preparing and doing the interviews, it is frustrating that basic recruitment courtesy is lacking here. It takes only a minute to make a call and a few more to give feedback on the outcome of an interview.
