Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Workday en nov 2016
Entrevista
Screening interview with some technical questions about microservices etc. Followed by a UML design tech test.
Received numerous emails from them in the early rounds, if they had felt I wasnt replying fast enough.
UML tech test didnt go well, felt very un-natural as no code was discussed, felt more like a DBA job interview.
Never heard back from them, one way or another, after that interview. Funny, considering how they chase you so much in the outset.
Obviously not bothered once they're no longer interested in you as a candidate.
Would certainly put me off ever applying again
Overall process was smooth. The HRs were professional, and quick follow-up. Recruiters were friendly too. Many openings with different roles, you are able to interview for different roles at the same time

The interviews consisted of 1 design, 2 behavioral and 1 demo of their product. The last interviewer behaved rude and raised his tone while speaking. Disappointing behavior from him. Other interviewers were ok I think

This was pre-pandemic. I had a recruiter call, followed by the hiring manager call. I didn't think it was technical. After than, I went onsite and did 4 interviews back to back. The results came after a few days.

Since it's app dev, the interview was very easy. There wasn't really any LC style of questions, but more on class diagrams/relationships.
