The entire process was comfortable, forward and enjoyable from start to finish. Everyone in the office was warm and friendly, and it was evident that they genuinely cared about both their employees and the candidates they work with. Ryan Crimmins, the Regional Director, was hilarious and friendly and made every effort to ensure that all of my questions were met and that the requirements and expectations of the position were adequately explained throughout each step of the process. The entire office is wonderful. The interview even began with a breakdown of the company's internal structure and an explanation of compensation, which had yet to be done in any of my interviews. I admired their immediate transparency and willingness to educate me from the get-go. Definitely a corporate culture built around learning, growth and support. Cannot speak highly enough about the people who work here. I only declined to move further with the process because I had been offered a slightly more stable, higher paying position elsewhere and couldn't afford to decline after crunching the numbers and factoring tax, etc. That said, the timeline of their compensation program allows for massive income growth in a short period of time so long as you are willing to really work and put in the time/effort. REALLY excellent people, excellent culture, and an excellent company.

The interview process was great. All of the employees were really sincere and welcoming when join to the office for the interview. They where really respectful at all times and supportive. For the first stage I talked to two former employees about my skills, my future and experience. For the second interview I did a presentation of an IT company.
