I was pre-screened over the phone via the manager (not HR) and later brought in for a few rounds of on onsite interviews. I met with the manager again, the president, and the head of the department. The process moved pretty quickly. A few days after the onsite meeting, I was asked for my references and I believe they were called that same day.
