The interview was over three hours long. I met with three different individuals. I was told by one of the individuals that I'd hear back from her on Monday, as promised, I waited a couple of days and then emailed her. Only then did I receive notice that they went with another candidate - I'm pretty confidant that if I hadn't written a follow-up email, this company would've just ignored me and not bothered to let me know about their decision.
