First I applied through LinkedIn. I had received a call back within the same week. Had an interview scheduled for the following week. The day of the interview, I waited in the office waiting room for about 10 minutes. I had been to a few brokerage firm interviews this month, but this one was different. Very lively, very energetic, and extraordinarily exciting. On the interview, a lot of questions about myself. It wasn't the interview I had grown accustomed to the last few weeks. Seems like everyone is on the same team in the office. The one thing that was completely opposite from all others was, Gregory had conducted the entire first interview in the middle of the action. It was surreal, very cool to see what goes on in a large broker-dealer firm. There was at all times 20 or 30 people on the phones, and it was loud.

Very to the point. No sugar coating. The way it should be. No unexpected surprises. A lot of questions about my background, and a lot of detail on what to expect. Second interview was heavily focused on the day-to-day position.
