Got an offer and applied online. Next couple of days had a phone interview and got a link for a 'Personality Test'. Once the test was evaluated I got given an interview and got offered the job. They asked some brief questions and talked about the role of the job. It was a one-on-one type of interview, not a group one.

apply online, recieved an email for interview, gave me plenty of time to prepare 1 on 1 with store manager, practiced several times, make sure to read about the company, 10 minute interview, pretty easy

Was really casual and relaxing. Talked about hobbies and interests with manager then started the interview. Questions were simple and answers needed to answer were basic. In the end a very easy process for this job.
