The overall process was very Straight forward. My interview was an Iterative Panel style where I was introduced to key stakeholders within the team. From there, the teams needs were discussed & I offered solutions to achieve their goals.

Interviewed for a contract role within the technology team. Was a non-technical role and went through 3 rounds of interviews. Questions were about past experience and hypothetical scenarios. Interviewers were friendly and had a conversational style.

The successful candidate would be required to live locally near the plant and unfortunately this did not suit my requirements
