The interview process was acceptable. During this process they tell you what you want to hear and review your qualifications for the position. In the end there goal if to get the most qualified employee for the lowest rate of pay. Be sure to negotiate a high rate of pay because you will be working excessive. When in comes to onboarding and getting your start date and schedule good luck. I was not advised of my start time until a day before and upon reporting the staff had no idea I was coming. If you are actually considering this company be sure to use the STAR format during your interview.

Preliminary interview with recruiter over the phone; follow up in branch with manager if you pass the first round. Additional with market manager may be needed, especially for positions higher than retail bankers.

completed app received email 2 days letter requesting a phone interview which was yesterday 01/30, phone interview was very easy advised will receive a phone call for the next step or an email declining call app ... so far so good status still shows preliminary review crossing fingers for the whole process to complete
