I interviewed with Woodard & Curran and was disappointed by their approach. The process felt less like a genuine evaluation and more like an attempt to extract free technical knowledge. Their detailed, consultancy-style questions raised concerns about their intentions, as it became clear they weren't serious about hiring me.
Job seekers deserve respect and transparency, not exploitation. I’d advise others to be cautious when interviewing here and to protect their expertise. A company that operates this way may not be the best place for professional growth.
