The company holds open interviews once a week throughout the entire year. Out of a large group only a couple of people applying get a second interview with the director of nursing and other members.
A lot of time is spent on the orientation and paper work, but when the time comes to shadow someone one is pretty much on their own. Leaving the residents to suffer for the lack of staff.
They say the work is easy, maybe for those who rush or overlook other people's needs.
