i have given interview twice for different roles, i got rejected in one and accepted in the other. the interview process relatively depends on who is taking your interview. in my case first it was the Indian management and they took 1 Video interview round followed by an excel test and the interview. they asked questions which were more on the data side and less research based. the other interview in which i got selected was taken by the non Indian management and these were straight 4 rounds of interview and the questions were related to all aspects like data and research and a bit of market knowledge, also they made sure i am comfortable at the first place.

The process for me was only 2 steps. -First was a Video interview with pre recorded questions. -Second was a presentation + interview to a panel of 3, where you have to present the ppt that you made along with the interview.
