      Entrevista

TL;DR: Five interview rounds over five weeks. Overall, the process was structured and professional, but timing and communication issues appeared as the hiring manager was leaving the company. The experience was valuable, though a few interactions could have been handled more professionally. I appreciated the opportunity to meet several professionals from different teams and regions. Each conversation gave me a clearer picture of the company’s global scope and the collaborative culture they’re building. That said, there were a few moments that stood out less positively. The final presentation round lasted about 90 minutes, quite intensive, and afterward there were a few days of silence from HR (who, as I later learned, were out of office). Around the same time, the hiring manager announced her departure from the company, which helped me understand later why certain parts of the process felt a bit uncoordinated. The hiring manager wasn't engaged much. Looking back, I think it would have made more sense to first fill the hiring manager’s position before bringing in a new team member under that role. I also noticed some inconsistency in the interview experience, while most panels were professional, one 1-on-1 included a few overly personal questions that didn’t feel entirely appropriate for a hiring discussion. Overall, though, the hiring process itself is quite mature, and I value the experience and insights gained from meeting such a diverse team.
