I was contacted by the 104 website after applying for the role and had a phone interview appointment. It took only 10 minutes (in my case) during the phone interview. The interview was in full English. To be honest, I am kind of disappointed since we were not meeting face to face. Also, there are still many things that they can know about me, but since it was only 10 minutes short, so I cannot express my experience that well.
