There was only one round of face to face interview. First interviewer is the head of admin+hr (who takes care of two categories)? Once she approved me, then I could chat with the line manager. Both are friendly and seemed to look for someone who has good qualities and being able to adapt the company culture. Academic results are less important but they did ask some of the questions in English and Mandarin and expected me to answer in the same language. No written exam was taken.
