It was a very easy going process. They talk to you about the company and tell you what you would be doing. You get to meet the managers and who you will potentially be your boss. They then let you do a one on one interview and listen to calls to make sure that it is a good fit for you.

20 minute phone screening interview. One with a recruiter out of state and the other with a sales manager in SF. The interviews lasted up to a half hour each sometimes less, after the second they hired me over the phone and told to report the next day.
