Entrevista
The first round was a group interview which left me the impression of a very laid back and to be honest unprofessional atmosphere, more like a college group project type of discussion than a job interview, but it was fun. The second is the 1 on 1 you have with the managers and HR which then gives you a clearer picture of the benefits and work load.

Pregunta 1
What is something you like about a manager you had in the past and what is something you didn't like.
Two interviews. The first one is mostly getting to know each other explaining the job position, the requirements and the offer. The second one consists of quizzes and tests relevant to the position.

The interview was pleasant, and I given a few hypothetical scenarios to see how I would do in this role. There was also another group interview, and we worked on similar hypothetical scenarios together.

Entrevista
The interviewer was very polite, friendly and respectful. I had a pleasant time talking with everyone in the group. Everybody had a chance to present themselves and to solve a group task we got.
