I was interviewed for a role for Product lead, logistics estimates. The recruiter took a lot of time to schedule a screening call and later move me to the Hiring Manager round, almost 10 days After the hiring manager call, they ghosted me for about a month and finally mentioned that they were going with another candidate whom they had already rolled an offer to.. I mean why even bother interviewing others and wasting their time if you already have bias towards a certain candidate. Secondly, you describe the role as PM lead which is quite deceiving. At max, the scope of the role was worth a PM2 level candidate
