I'm here just to tell a history ... I applied for the position on a Monday, 3 days later I got a robotic email saying I didn't have any Python/Flask experience, which is not true, because I've been working continuously for almost 8 years building distributed systems with Python and using frameworks like Flask, Django, Starlette, Tornado. But it's alright. There's always something that stinks in a company that tries to pass itself off as cool, it's could be acceptable, but when negative attitudes start in the HR team, the red flag is huge.
