Had an online screening and test and then invited into office to learn about how the couriers work and then we were able to begin our shifts. was a pretty straightforward process.
There was no vivid interview process as I can actively recall. Just a series of documents meant to be read and a simple test was later then prescribed on the stated test
La entrevista me la hicieron en Berlín, Alemania. A pesar de no hablar alemán, se puede ser repartidor si se domina el inglés. Han sido muy amables a la hora de realizar la entrevista.

It was less of an interview and more of a "this is what we do and this is what you are going to do"
You apply, get invited to a partner introduction, and then you start working. It is very easy! They give coffee and treats at their introduction seminars :)
