First of all, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on your recent interview process. We are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with us. We aim to create a very transparent recruitment process and would never want our candidates to feel used or confused. In saying that, we apologise if the purpose of the assessment was miscommunicated in any way.
As part of our culture, we are very hands-on and strategic in our approach and therefore, we aim to reflect this within our hiring process as well. As each assessment task differs according to the role, we usually ask to see excel files (for more analytical roles) to understand the workings and thought-process behind the end result.
In regards to the scheduled meeting, we are very sorry that this happened. We aim to give the best candidate experience and want our candidates to feel valued throughout each stage. However based on your feedback, it seems we could have done a better job in giving you the Wolt experience.
