Super random process. A couple of senior interviewers were distracted during presentations and did very little to make the candidate comfortable. The recruiter didn't bother responding to an email requesting the reason for rejection post 4 rounds.

The interview process was unprofessional, with inconsistent response times and a lack of clarity and structure. The overall experience was disorganized and left much to be desired in terms of professionalism.
