Entrevista
Interview process had 3 rounds and took about 2-3 weeks.
First round was just filling questionnaire sent over by HR.
Second round was a telephonic conversation with hiring manager mostly discussing about my points mentioned in my resume.
Third round was a full day on site interview with hiring managers, team leads etc from different departments. Mostly was asked questions about statistical process experience, work nature, behavioral questions etc. nothing technical.

What will you do if the person before you in the workflow process doesn't complete his work on time?
Normal tell me about yourself, why do you want to work here, problem solving example, technical question specific to the area you interview for. HR phone screen, manager phone screen then in person interview on site
Multiple interview rounds, multiple interviews with heads of different departments as the last round. Interview process started with a phone recruiter, followed by a hiring manager, the Hiring Manager's manager, and then a final round with all the heads of the departments independently (4-5)

Technical Questions like about SPC, Troubleshooting tools, Working with multiple cross-functional teams, high-volume manufacturing environment.
First was a 15 minute phone call with HR followed up by a 45 minute interview with hiring manager. One more round of interviews after this if I had gotten through
