First Phone Interview is with HR person, generic questions like explain how you overcome difficult situation occurred in your group. The second phone interview is with head of the group lots of technical questions, electrical characterization, operating principles of different pumps etc. Third is, 1:1 meeting with couple of group members, they ask about my current research, future goals.
