Applied through their website and received a call for a phone interview about a week later. The phone interview was quick and extremely impersonal. Scheduled in-person - met with hiring manager and lead paralegal. Had to do a typing, filing and proofreading test. Overall, it was more positive and friendlier than I thought it would be.

Basic interview questions and they had me describe a project I had done in detail from start to finish. Nothing too difficult.
Good interview process, started with a call with a HR recruiter and then moved to a virtual interview with the paralegal site director and then the regional paralegal director. Very kind and asked both typical and behavioral interview questions. Also asked a couple technical knowledge questions like what is a patent (patent paralegal position) etc. Overall really nice and friendly interviewers!

Phone screen and then video interview with 2 paralegal managers, one of which would have been the direct oversee-er of my particular group and then the other was the manager of paralegal managers (district paralegal manager)

Was called based on an online resume submission. Met with several departments for a variety of open positions until I found the right fit. Went through multiple rounds of interviews with various members of departments.
