As a result, I felt my hands-on QA experience was not fully assessed. The interview concluded within about 10 minutes, and when I asked for feedback, there was hesitation and no specific input was provided. Constructive feedback is important for candidates to understand their performance and areas of improvement. A more structured, technically aligned, and domain-focused interview process would ensure a fairer and more meaningful evaluation for candidates.
