The interview process was very straight forward. A recruiter reached to me via Linkedln to do an initial short phone call. Then, I interviewed with the Hiring Manager. It was a conversational interview and that made me feel very comfortable. For the third interview, I met with another Sr. PM. While still conversational, the interview has a more traditional style and I was asked a bunch of technical questions. After that, there was a presentation and a couple more cultural fit interviews. Everyone I met with was kind and knowledgable. The recruiter was very responsive and attentive. They even provided feedback about my interviews after deciding they were not moving forward with my application. In general I had a great experience interviewing with Wistia.
