I had two rounds with the founders. Both rounds included guesstimate questions, product puzzles to test problem-solving skills, and detailed discussions about my past work experience at Red.Health and Sprinklr. They focused on understanding my approach to building products, handling ambiguity, and working in fast-paced startup environments. The conversations were conversational yet challenging, testing both my technical thinking and cultural fit.

The interview process had assignments , English and apptitude test ! Even if you crack it they will just drop a map that you are not short listed ! (Only apply if your experience is between 0-2 years ). Else they will not go ahead ! Hr ‘s reaching out don’t even see your experience and call for scheduling an interview .
