I interviewed at wish a month ago . Their hiring process is very slow. Twice I suggested days that work for me but have to reschedule again for them . They made me go through 3 phones interviews ( one screening and two technical) plus one on-site for two hours with team lead, head of content and manager and i have being escorted by the recruiter who explained how would I interview with 3 different people. They kept mentioning that they want to hire smart people and that they are so picky with their hiring process. First of all they just kept asking me again and again the same questions and the funny thing the hiring manager who interviewed me on phone asked me pretty much the same set of questions she did by phone. So I was wondering for what sake was the phone interview. They don’t even bother to put some effort and ask different questions or they are not really listening to you on the interview. on the final interview all of them kept asking me the same questions. I’m not sure was it to compare my answers with each other or just a lack of effort. Although i did well in all 4 interview and got a great feedback and asked me even if I am interviewing with other companies by the end which made me confident that I nailed the job . And the recruter told me she will keep me posted when they make a decision I got instead a non reply rejection email with they decided to move forward with other candidates whose experience matches closely their job. Such a disrespectful way of turning down specially when they made you go through 4 interviews .
