Heard back within a few weeks of applying, had an initial phone screen, then a call with the hiring manager one week later, flown out to San Francisco for an onsite interview with members of the team, received final offer several days later.

The first interview with a HR person was super nice. She mostly asked me why I wanted to work at Wish and my previous experiences. However, the second interview I was interviewed by someone on the business development team. The lady on the phone had very broken English to the point where I could barely understand her when she asked questions. However, I did notice that she seemed to be very biased once I told her I'm Chinese and I am fluent in Mandarin. However, when I asked her what she liked about working at Wish, her only answer was free snacks. I'm not sure if she was a new employee, but she seemed to know nothing about Wish.
