Wouldn’t recommend applying to Wiser if you want to hear back or receive any feedback on your applications. I’d heard from a friend this experience but applied anyway as the role and team looked interesting, alas ghosted. It’s a shame they can’t practice what they preach. Ironically they have blogs on their website about best practice recruitment!
